如在出票日後三個月內沒有使用該套票，客人可於出票日起計一年內返回本公司辦理退票手續。 If JR Rail pass is not used within three months from the date of the purchase, customer can contact us (issue the company) to arrange refund within one year from the date of issue.
手續費為每張套票正價價錢之10% 加上本公司扣除之HK$100 行政費用 (東日本套票除外)。 JR company service charge is the tickets original price 10%，Our company will be deduction HK$100 administrative costs (Excepted for JR East Pass)
東日本套票之退票手續手續費為每張套票正價價錢之10%再加上本公司扣除之20%行政費用。 JR East Pass - JR company service charge is the tickets original price 20%，Our company will be deduction HK$100 administrative costs
上述價格均以日圓計算。費用以購票當日[香港匯款銀行]之兌換匯率折回港幣支付。 These payment are calculated in Japan Yen. The exchange rates will be follow (The HongKong and Shanghai Bank) on the purchase date.
不適用於持用日本護照人仕使用。 Do not apply for holders the Japan Passport’s person to buy.
凡於出發前2個工作天內辦理預訂手續，須繳付所有款項。已付之費用概不退還。All booking procedures are required on or before 2 working days departure. All payment should be settled on or before 2 working days departure. And not refundable

~ 可透過網上即時通訊/電郵/電話查詢當日票價及快遞費用Through the Internet/e-mail/telephone queries on fares and delivery costs
~ 透過電郵/傳真訂購車票，客戶訂票時必須附上: Order your tickets by email/fax, customers booking must be accompanied by:
(1) 使用車票者出國証件(護照 ) 的複印本Provide [users] copy of the Passport for confirm the name to booking tickets.
(2) 收件者地址 Address for delivery service
(3) 電話資料. Contact Phone number
客戶付款方式Payment Method::
(1) 直接電匯票款及快遞費到本公司的香港指定銀行帳戶, 請將匯款底單以電郵或傳真到本公司,確定收到車票款項後會即安排快遞公司以快遞形式將車票寄到客戶提供之收件地址.
Make remittance tickets and delivery’s fee to our company's designated bank account in Hong Kong, and fax the bank remittance record by email to our company, When ticket upon payment, we will arrange for delivery companies to express ticket sent to customers in the form of a pickup address.
(2) 亦可透過香港代理人轉帳到指定銀行帳戶或以現金方式親臨公司支付車票款項.
